Bangkok Nights provides event discovery, venue discovery, maps, editorial guides, external links, and tools that help venues or artists keep their public information up to date.

You may use Bangkok Nights for personal planning and lawful business use connected to your own venue or artist profile. You may not use it in a way that damages the service or violates these terms.

Bangkok Nights helps people discover nightlife, but each user is responsible for their own plans and decisions.

• Check venue rules, ID requirements, dress codes, age limits, prices, and ticket terms before you go.
• Use your own judgment about safety, transport, alcohol, weather, crowd conditions, and late-night travel.
• Respect local law, venue staff, performers, other guests, and the surrounding community.
• Do not rely on Bangkok Nights for emergency, safety, legal, medical, or transport advice.
• If an event is cancelled, moved, sold out, or changed, the venue or organizer is responsible for those changes.

Event listings and venue pages may include information from venue websites, social media, public sources, owner submissions, and our own editorial review.

We may edit, remove, reorder, or decline listings at our discretion. We do not promise placement, ranking, traffic, sales, ticket purchases, or attendance.

Some admin, venue owner, and artist owner features may require an account or invitation. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.

• Provide accurate account and venue information.
• Do not share access with unauthorized people.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You agree not to misuse Bangkok Nights or interfere with the service.

• Do not scrape, copy, or republish large parts of the service without permission.
• Do not upload or submit false, harmful, illegal, infringing, or misleading content.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, rate limits, authentication, or access controls.
• Do not use Bangkok Nights to harass, impersonate, or harm other people or venues.

Bangkok Nights content, branding, design, software, and curation belong to Bangkok Nights or our licensors. Venue names, logos, photos, social posts, and ticket links may belong to their respective owners.

If you provide content to Bangkok Nights, you grant us permission to use it to operate, promote, and improve the service.

Bangkok Nights is provided as is. We work to keep listings useful and accurate, but we do not guarantee that every event, price, lineup, venue policy, opening hour, or link is complete or current.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Bangkok Nights is not liable for venue decisions, third-party services, event changes, denied entry, travel costs, personal safety incidents, or indirect losses from using the service.

We may update these terms as Bangkok Nights changes. If the changes are material, we will update this page and revise the last updated date.
